I am a Program Analyst in FEMA's Grants Program Directorate, specializing in inter-agency coordination, developing problem-solving solutions for the team, and managing public-facing communications to ensure timely and accurate program information.

At this prestigious institution, I managed a public volunteer program while concurrently serving as the organizational administrative lead. I further drove organizational effectiveness by developing digital collaboration hubs to increase information flow and supported key policy development. Additionally, I developed core course content in coordination with over 30 lesson authors and faculty members.

For over a decade, I was a visionary Music Educator and Program Leader dedicated to enhancing cultural participation and strengthening student self-efficacy. I was an adaptable professional who consistently rose to the occasion to ensure student success, no matter the environment—from Shanghai, China, to rural American suburbs. Grounded in the academic rigor of Northwestern University, my practice involved diagnosing student artistic goals to foster success. I combine this passion with strategic action, having secured grant funding for community-based music tours for lower socioeconomic public schools and directed large-scale concerts internationally.
